Before you submit

If you have an active FaceTrust AI consumer account, exporting or deleting your own data is available directly in the app under Settings and doesn't require this form. Use this form for anything else — a correction, a request on behalf of someone else, or if you don't have app access.

This opens your email client with the details above, addressed to info@facetrustai.com. We don't auto-submit requests without you sending them yourself, and we'll verify your identity before acting on any request.

What happens next

We acknowledge every request and verify the requester's identity before acting on it — this protects you from someone else requesting deletion or export of your data. Response timeframes follow the applicable law for your jurisdiction; see our Privacy Policy and PAIA Manual for more detail.
